William Kenneth Stephens

August 11, 1948 — December 31, 2021

William Kenneth Stephens was called home December 31, 2021 at the age of 73. William entered this world on August 11, 1948, born to the late Kenneth and Rose Alleen Stephens. He married the love of his life, Rosemary Stephens, April 17, 1976 in England. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Joanna Dawn and Laura Anne. Bill was a loving husband and father. He really enjoyed fishing, but his greatest joy was in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is, undoubtedly, rejoicing with his Savior in Glory now. Until called home themselves, all who knew and loved William will cherish his memory until they meet again.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Stephens and Rose Alleen Stephens. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary Stephens of Dallas, GA; daughters, Joanna Dawn Shuttleworth and Laura Anne Wong, both of England;  brothers, Raymond Dean Stephens of Dallas, GA, and Robert Eugene Stephens of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Ellie and Abi Shuttleworth of Sussex, England, and Maddie Wong of London, England; as well as 1 niece and 4 nephews.

Per the family's wishes, Mr. Stephens will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on January 18, 2022 at Clark Funeral Home at 11:00am with Pastor Steven Hambrick officiating. Immediately following the Celebration of Life, Mr. Stephens will be buried at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 3:00pm. Usage of masks is strongly encouraged! We ask that you please be considerate of the family's needs and wishes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in William's honor to the Kennesaw chapter of the American Cancer Society .

Clark Funeral Home is honored to care for the family during this difficult time. Condolences for the family may be left on the Tribute Wall of our website at samclarkfuneralhome.com.
