Sandra Celeste Wells, 79, of Dallas, GA passed away on September 25, 2020.  She was born January 23, 1941, in Toccoa, GA to the late Thomas and Kathryn Westmoreland. Mrs. Wells worked more than 38 years for Sears and was a dedicated member of East Hiram Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Gayle Miller, brother-in-law, Jack Miller, and brother-in-law, Jack West.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Telford Ray Wells; sons, Troy Wells of Brookhaven, GA, Michael Wells of Dallas, GA; daughter, Cheryl Grover and her husband Sushil of Sandy Springs, GA; brother, Bob Westmoreland of Toccoa, GA; sisters, Charlotte West of Charleston, SC, Jo Brown and her husband Lyndon of Toccoa, GA, and Shelia Westmoreland of Toccoa, GA; granddaughters, Stephanie Mead, Candice Fountain, and Sandy Locke; nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A private Graveside Service for Mrs. Wells will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Bice officiating.  The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends, and family members of Mrs. Wells safe.
