Robert John View of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023, after a battle with cancer. He was born on September 26, 1967, the Son of the late David and Inge (Reis) View of St. Helen, Michigan.
Robert "Bob" View was a man who defeated all odds and persevered, as he came from humble beginnings. After graduating from Ferris State University in Michigan, Bob spent the next 25 years working for Chrysler. Although Bob was a white-collar guy, he had an extreme passion for using his tools whenever he found the time and working on cars. His pride and joy was a 1968 Dodge Dart which he restored from top to bottom. Bob's neon green color choice ensured everyone would notice his hard work, as you certainly couldn't miss it! Rarely was he without a Coke or a cup of coffee in his hand.
Bob was a jack of all trades and enjoyed home remodeling as well. Knowing Bob, you knew he felt his biggest accomplishment was his four children.
He is survived by his current wife, Tracy View of Dallas, Georgia; his prior wife, Crystal View, and their four children; sons, Robert View II "Bobby, Matthew View, Joshua View, and Victoria View, all of Orange Park, Florida; granddaughter, Ava View; sister, Shela Adams of Howell, Michigan; nephews Austin Adams, Brendan Adams and Cory Adams, all of Michigan.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, April 30, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Graveside Service for Robert will be held at Paulding Memorial Gardens on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at 3:00 PM, with Pastor Jamie Sisson officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.
