Ricky Johnson

Ricky Johnson, age 58, of Hiram, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. He was born on June 3, 1961 in Mobile AL to his late parents Allie Mae and Joe Landson. Ricky was the owner and operator of Professional Walls and Ceilings. In his spare time, he greatly enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and coaching his girls’ softball team. Mr. Johnson also enjoyed spending time with his family, but especially his daughters and his grandson, Tommy. Ricky was a lot of things, but his favorite was being a great father to his two girls Katie and Kayla.

Ricky will be remembered by the memories he made with all of his family and friends, and a laugh no one could ever forget, and as Ricky would say "and stuff".

Survivors include his loving children Katie, and Kayla Johnson and grandson Tommy Normand of Hiram, Georgia. His three sisters; Janet and her husband Greg Norwood, Judy and her husband Tony Sells, and Tammy and Brent Godwin of Atmore, Alabama. Brothers include Floyd Hopkins, and James Hopkins of Pensacola, Florida.

A private Graveside Service and visitation for Mr. Johnson will be held on Monday, March 30, 2020. Due to the current coronavirus situation, the family wants to extend their love to each and everyone of Ricky's family and friends that are not able to attend the service in person.
