Randall Earl Lackey, age 52, of Hiram, GA passed away at his home on December 31, 2020. He was born on February 27, 1968 in Dallas, GA. to Grady Lackey and the late Helen Davis. Randy worked for Delta Airlines as an Aircraft Mechanic for 29 years. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Randy is preceded in death by his mother; Helen Irene Davis, brothers; Arthur Lackey and Ryan Lackey.
Randy is survived by his loving wife; Fran Lackey, sons; Ashton Lackey and Caleb Lackey, his father and stepmother; Grady and Beth Lackey, sister; Leesa York (Jody), brother; Matthew Lackey (Jenna).
Randy loved life, and his family. Randy had a lot of “families”, to know him was to love him. He enjoyed trips to St. George Island to fish with his cousin Mike, and beach time with the rest of the family; Alaska fishing trips with his Delta family; trips with the Hags, as the lone male; spending time with their neighbors-whether it be trips, pools, or firepits, shenanigans always followed; and lake life at Wedowee with his family and friends was his happy place.
