Nicholas Dellolio

Nicholas Dellolio passed away October 18, 2021 at the age of 85. He was born September 24, 1936 to the late John and Lillian Dellolio in New York, New York. Nicholas was a witty man who loved to crack jokes and cut up. He was always the life of every party. He was an avid sports fan and loved the Miami Dolphins. He loved to eat, drink and watch westerns. He was a loving father and brother, and a friend to everyone. Nicholas was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.


Nicholas is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Dellolio; parents, John and Lillian Dellolio; brother, Frank Dellolio; and sister-in-law, Debra Trombetta. He is survived by his two sons, Wayne (Candita) Dellolio of Taylorsville, GA, and Nicholas (Michele) Dellolio, Jr. of Shelton, CT; Peter (Helen) Dellolio of Shelton, CT, Joseph Trombetta of Huntington, CT; sister, Angela (Louis) Spetrino of Shelton, CT; as well as 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Per Nicholas' wishes, he will be creamated. The family will receive friends Monday, October 25, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home, 4373 Atlanta Hwy., Hiram, GA 30141, from 5pm until 8pm. In lieu of flowers, Nicholas requested that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
