Myra Pace Washington, age 55, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. She was born on August 15, 1965 in Charlotte, N.C. to her late parents; James and Ruth Pace. Myra worked in accounting for Desmet Ballestra Company for 10 years. Mrs. Washington was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; David Pace and Lynn Henson.

Myra Washington was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. To know her, was to love her. She had a smile that would light up any room and a personality to match. When she loved, she loved with everything in her being. She enjoyed anything outdoors and playing with her bunnies, Lyra and Stormy. She loved looking for arrowheads and kayaking but most of all, spending time with her family and grandbabies.

Ms. Washington is survived by her loving daughters; Misty Potteiger and her husband, Alex of Rockmart, GA, Stacy Bush and her husband, Jason of Villa Rica, GA, brothers; Larry Henson of N.C., James Pace of N.C. grandchildren; Brooklynn Davis, Ayden Potteiger, Halen Bush, Maysen Potteiger, and Skylar Bush.

A Funeral Service for Ms. Washington will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Victory Baptist Church in Rockmart, GA. Interment will follow the service at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery with the following gentleman serving as pallbearers; Kevin Barich, Tom Potteiger, Woody Woodruff, Nathan Welch, Louis Agra, and B.J. Bailey. The family will receive friends at Victory Baptist Church on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM until the service begins at 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in loving memory of Ms. Washington.
