Mildred Glenise Brooks

Mildred Glenise Brooks, age 69, of Rockmart, GA, passed away at her home on Monday, November 25, 2019. She was born on October 20 , 1950 in Adairsville, GA, to her late parents; Claude and Eunice Pearson. Mrs. Brooks loved to yard sale, cook and spend time with her wonderful grandchildren. Mildred will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons; Tony Brooks, Stephen Brooks, brothers; Robert Pearson, Lloyd Pearson, Howard Pearson and sister, Joanie Pearson.

Survivors include her loving husband, Brunson ‘Buddy’ Brooks of Rockmart, GA, children; Perry and Angela Parson of Temple, GA, Angela and Matt White of Kennesaw, GA, Adam and Cassie Parson of Calhoun, GA, Amy and Scott Knight of Dallas, GA, brother, Kenneth and Sandra Pearson of Alpharetta, GA, sisters; Frances and William Florence of Powder Springs, GA, Margaret Stokes of Dallas, GA, Martha Bearden of Dallas, GA, Brenda and Mike Rogers of Hiram, GA, grandchildren; Brandon, Tiffany, Kim, Ryan, Nick, TJ, Austen, Lacey, Chase, Jarred, Addison, Payton, Jacob, Kayla, Patrick, Reagan, Shelby, Ashley, Katie, Erin, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mildred Glenise Brooks will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 3:00 PM at The Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Melrose Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 30, 2019 from 1:00 PM until the service begins at 3:00 PM.
