Marsha Elizabeth Ratcliff

Marsha Elizabeth Ratcliff, age 71, of Dallas, GA, passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2020. She was born on March 18, 1949 in Snow Hill, North Carolina to her late parents; James Otis and Elizabeth Marie Gray. Mrs. Ratcliff worked as a department manager for Wal-Mart for over 20 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Ratcliff is preceded in death by her husband, David Ratcliff and brother, Matthew Gray.

Marsha is survived by her son, Steven Tinney and his wife Tish of Bremen, GA; daughters, Teri Painter and her husband Wesley of Dallas, GA, Veronica Ferguson and her husband William of Douglasville, GA, Julie Paden and her husband David of Douglasville, GA, brother; Jimmy Gray and his wife Kathy of the United Kingdom sister; Joyce Silver of Boonesville, Arkansas, eleven grandchildren; Cameron (Lori) Wallace, Brandon Wallace, Brandy (Tyler) Sartin, Steven (Kayla) Tinney, Ashley (Michael) Noland, Haley (Adam) Abercrombie, Stephanie Ferguson, Dylan Painter, Austin (Lisa) Ferguson, Justin Ferguson, Jordan (Liz) Paden, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 2:00PM from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Crest Hill Cemetery in Marietta, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 from 12:00 PM until the service starts.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mrs. Ratcliff safe.
