Margaret L. Crane, age 93, of Dallas, GA, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, October 17, 2019. She was born on March 6, 1926 in Dallas, GA, to her late parents; Herman Jefferson Rainwater and Alice Mae Rainwater. She was a homemaker and an active member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, where she served as Treasurer for many years. She loved her church dearly! Margaret was a wonderful and loving, mother, grandma, and great grandma, who prayed daily for her family and the ones she loved. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earlie Leon Crane, brothers; Ralph Rainwater, Billy Rainwater, and son-in-law, Gary Morris.

Survivors include her children; Marcia and J.C. Nails of Dallas, GA, Michael L. and Jeannie Crane of Bremen, GA, Brenda Morris of Dallas, GA, Lynn and Allen Turner of Dallas, GA, sister-in-law, Monnie Rainwater of Dallas, GA, grandchildren; Marlene and Brian Carroll, Mark Nails, Cindy and Ed McBride, Jeremy and Sunny Crane, Wendi and Shane Graves, Amy and Jason Lanham, Alicia and Eli Sorrells, Ashley and Neil Carroll, Autumn and Daniel Cole, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Margaret L. Crane will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Carroll and Pastor Jeremy Crane officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Mark Nails, Ed McBride, Shane Graves, Jason Lanham, Eli Sorrells, Neil Carroll, and Daniel Cole. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to Mt. Vernon Cemetery fund in memory of Mrs. Crane.
