Lisa Dycus

Lisa Dycus, age 55, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021. She was born on April 8, 1966 to her parents, McCoy and Shirley Gault Dycus. Lisa taught elementary school at Paulding and Douglas Counties for more than 20 years. She is preceded in death by her father, McCoy Dycus.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Fabian Dycus; mother, Shirly Ann Dycus; sons, Robert Dycus, Joshua Dycus; adopted sons, Joe (Dana) Yerby, Josh (Leigh) Little, William Capak, and Derrick (Jessica) Scelfo; sisters, Leslie Dycus and Vickie Hall; brothers, David Dycus, Craig (Cheryl) Dycus, Keith (Tammy) Dycus, and Mark (Samantha) Janes; grandchild, Amy Cook; nieces and nephews; cousins; and aunts and uncles.

Per Mrs. Dycus' wishes, she will be cremated and a service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 7115 Scoggins Rd., Dallas, GA at a later date.
