Joseph Johnston Armstrong

Joseph Johnston Armstrong passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. He was born on April 28, 1991, a son of Doug and Madelyn J. Armstrong in Marietta, GA. Joseph loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and camping. Joseph was tenderhearted and loved helping others. He was a dependable friend. Joseph loved hanging out with his nieces and nephews; playing video games, drawing, reading and listening to music.

Joseph is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dave and Patsy Armstrong; his maternal grandparents, William and Esther Johnson; his maternal aunt and uncle, Dr Terry and Dr. Melissa Wilkey; and a cousin, Benjamin Wilkey. He is survived by two sisters, Erika (Josh) Robinson, Elyse Armstrong; a brother, Jordan (Candace) Armstrong; six nieces and nephews, Carolina, Adelynn, Sawyer, Silas, Melanie, and Rose; his paternal aunt and uncle, Mike and Nancy Armstrong; his maternal aunt and uncles, Billy and Lisa Johnson, James and Melanie Rutland, and Melinda Johnson; and his beagle dog Bella, and many cousins.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Funeral Service for Joseph will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Rob Boyd and Rev. Dwayne Pace officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joseph's honor to Dallas First Assembly of God's Fire Bible Project.
