James Johnson

James Johnson passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023. He was born on March 24, 1941, Son of the late, Daniel and Ruth Johnson in Atlanta,GA. He worked as an Inventory Controller for over 15 years with Corporate Express. James enjoyed anything to do with cars, especially dirt track racing. He also enjoyed watching western movies, but his favorite pastime was fishing with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife Jeannette Johnson. He is survived by his son, Scott (Sandra) Johnson; daughter, Nancy (Paul) Thompson; grandchildren, Jason (Jenni) Johnson, Danielle (Casey) Miller, April (Jared) Gunter, Cody Thompson, Wyatt Thompson, and 7 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Graveside Service for James will be held at Sunrise Memorial Gardens on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM with the family serving as pallbearers.
