Dale R. Graham Jr.

May 25, 1969 — May 17, 2020

On Sunday, May 17, 2020, we lost our beloved Son, Brother, and Uncle: Dale R. Graham Jr. (Jr.).

Jr was born on May 25, 1969 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta Georgia, and grew up in Dallas, Georgia.

“Jr.” is survived by his parents, Dale & Sherrell Graham, his sister, Michelle Smith, Brother in Law, Shannon Smith, his beloved niece Katelyn Leighanna Chaney who was the light of his world, and let’s not forget his fur baby “Lady bug”.

Throughout Jr.’s life he had a gift of forming special bonds with everyone that was lucky enough to know him.  While attending Paulding County High School Jr. was a marching band student and enjoyed playing the Saxophone. During this time, he met a group of friends that he formed a lifelong bond with.  After he graduated from high school in 1987, he continued to keep in touch with them, and held on to their special friendship that was formed many years ago.

After graduating from high school, Jr. knew he wanted to make a career in the hair industry and attended Chattahoochee Tech in Marietta, Georgia.   Jr. was a passionate hairdresser for 32 years.  Jr. also taught for many years and made a difference in his students lives.  His teaching and character will live on forever for so many.

Jr. loved being creative with his arts & crafts.  Jr also loved going to Edisto Beach while spending time with his family and friends.  Because of his love of the beaches of Edisto we will be honoring his wishes and a holding a private ceremony with his family at Edisto.

Jr. loved many things, but most of all he loved his family.  Jr. was a very loving and caring person.  His passing will leave a big void in many lives such as his aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Jr. had a big family that feels a deep loss rather it was through blood relation or just the family bond of love.  He will be dearly missed and will be forever in our hearts.
