Curtis Carroll Arrant, 90, of Marietta, GA passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020. He was born on November 11, 1929 in Cartersville, GA. He served in the Army and managed a grocery store for Big Star where he worked for 30 years. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughter, Donna Wagner of Dallas, GA, his cousin, Sue Faye Elrod of White, GA, and several other cousins. Mr. Arrant was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Hendricks Arrant and his parents Walter Curtis and Faye Pinion Arrant.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Woffords Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in White, GA with Rev. Don Rackley officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday, September 11, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.
The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Arrant safe.
