Ann Marie Theresa Orr

Ann Marie Theresa Orr, age 78, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. She was born on November 5, 1941 in Jersey City, N.J. to her late parents; William and Aniela Garrett. She worked as an assembler for Lockheed Martin for over 20 years and was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Mrs. Orr was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all her loving family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Dewayne Orr, sister, Aniela Ford and her brother, Billy Garrett.

Survivors include her daughter, Dawnmarie Hamby of Dallas, GA, brother, John Garrett of North Dakota, sister, Christine Garrett of Pennsylvania, grandchildren; Mark Williams II, Matthew Williams, Wyatt Hamby and many nieces and nephews.

In accordance to Mrs. Orr’s wishes, her body has been cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 restrictions.
