Yancy Peebles

Yancy Peebles, age 54, of Hiram, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026. He was born on August 22, 1971, in Lithia Springs, Georgia, to his loving parents, Jim Peebles and Theresa Lee. Yancy was known for his unwavering love for his family and his passion for gaming.

Yancy built a career spanning more than 30 years as a Maintenance Manager, working for several companies throughout his life, most recently Crown Bakery. Outside of work, he cherished spending time with his loved ones, going on guy trips, or simply relaxing at home playing video games.

Yancy was preceded in death by his father, Jim Peebles.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen Peebles; his mother, Theresa (John) Lee; his sons, Taylor (Alex) Peebles, Avery (Candace) Hawkins; his daughter, Kristina (Josh) Hulsey; seven grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow in the Sam Clark Chapel at 11:00 a.m.

Rest easy, Yancy. You will be missed more than words can express.
