Wayne Gravley

Wayne Jerome Gravley passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 67. He was born on January 19, 1957, to James Gravley and Jeanette Earwood. Wayne worked as a plumber for more than forty years and had his own business. On December 6, 1973, he married the love of his life, Kathy, and together they had one daughter, Amanda. In his free time, Wayne loved to go fishing and being outdoors. He loved deep sea fishing as well and loved being out on the open water doing what he loved. At home, Wayne coached girls softball for many years and loved showing each girl what it meant to lead a team. He was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, and uncle who will dearly missed.

Wayne is preceded in death by his father, James Gravley. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathy Gravley; daughter, Amanda (Derek) Ledford of Dallas, Georgia; his mother, Jeanette Earwood; brother, Rick Gravley of Dallas, Georgia; and one nephew, Eric Gravley.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
