Thelma Elaine Foster
November 3, 1948 — March 5, 2008
Thelma Elaine Foster, age 59, of Carrollton (formerly of Dallas), passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2008. A native of Paulding County, she was born November 3, 1948. Her parents, Paul & Nora Butler, preceded her in death. Mrs. Foster worked as a certified nursing assistant and she was a member of New Beginning Church.
Survivors include her husband, George E. Foster of Carrollton; son & daughter-in-law, Scott Gamel & wife Michelle of Dallas; daughter & son-in-law, Mary Ann Norton & husband Steven of Bremen; brother, Cecil Butler of Dallas; and grandchildren, Kenneth Scott Gamel, Jr., Cody Shane Gamel, Brittany Ann Norton, Stephanie Kay Norton, and Jamie Nix.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2008, at 5:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Greg Hogan officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service from 4:00pm until 5:00pm.
