Tammie Dale Smith, age 46, of Dallas, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010. She was born on October 20, 1963, in Marietta, GA, and was preceded in death by her father, James Smith, maternal grandparents, Dewey and Ruby Rackley, and paternal grandparents, Frank and Ruby Smith. Ms. Smith was a member of New Hope First Baptist Church.
Survivors include, mother, Ada Rackley Smith of Dallas; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2010, at 3 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Don Voyles and Reverend Durwood Perry officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
