Steven Edward Ayers

Steven Edward Ayers passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023. He was born on July 13, 1950, to John and Yvonne Ayers in Atlanta, GA. He retired from the Cobb County Police Force after working there for 38 years. Steven loved riding his motorcycle any chance he got. One of his passions was photography and photographing weddings. Steven was loved deeply and will be missed dearly.

In addition to his mother, Yvonne Ayers, Steven is preceded in death by his brother, Mike Ayers. He is survived by his wife, Rose Ayers; father, John Ayers; one son, Dakota Ray Ayers; three daughters, Erin (Jason) Coward, Cheyenne Ayers, Jamie Nicole Ayers; six brothers, Dan (Becky) Ayers, Jon (Kathy) Ayers, Mark (Kate) Ayers, James Ayers, Bill Ayers; two sisters, Joy (Darrell) Pirkle and Gin (Sal) Paratore. As well as seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church of Powder Springs on April 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm. The service will be held at First Baptist Church of Powder Springs at 2:00 pm the same day.
