Stella Grant

Stella Mae Grant, 61, passed away on May 29, 2025.

She was born on April 14, 1964, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Ted and Brenda Jones. Stella lived a life full of strength, independence, and deep love for her family and friends.

Known for her feisty spirit and big heart, Stella always put others first. She was generous to a fault, always ready to help anyone in need. Her family meant everything to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Stella was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dusty Grant III, and her brother-in-law Jack McClung.

She is survived by her loving daughters: Amanda Stone, Heather (Glenn) McIntyre, Heidi (Ja) Head, and Jessica (Carl) Larsen; her nine grandchildren; her brother, Jeep (April) Jones; her sisters, Rita (Steven) Blackwell and Sharon McClung; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. All who knew her will remember her as a shining light in their lives. Her kindness, strength, and love will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held for Stella on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Sam Clark Chapel, with Pastor David Birchfield officiating.

Stella's memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the joy of knowing her. May she rest in peace.
