Silas Cleveland Sharpton Jr.

Silas Cleveland Sharpton Jr. passed away March 8, 2022. He was born on October 1, 1948 to the late Silas Sharpton Sr. and Ruth Ann Sharpton. Silas was a cross country truck driver for over 30 years. He enjoyed bowling, loved cooking, and being with his family. Silas was a wonderful father who coached his sons baseball teams and he loved playing golf with his sons and grandsons. He was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who will be very missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers; Bobby Sharpton and Sonny Shaprton. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years; Nancy Sharpton, his daughters; Cherie (Ronald) Divin and Rebecca (Daniel) Alm, sons; James (Penny) Sharpton and Brandon (Brandi) Sharpton, brother; Kenny (Evelyn) Sharpton, grandchildren; Justin, Cody, Allison, Meagan, Andrew, Tristyn, Lucas, Torri, Emili, Stefani, great grandchildren; Danie, Avery and Chloe.

In accordance to his wishes, Mr. Sharpton will be cremated and a private service for family will be held at a later date.
