Ruby Lucille Hitchcock, age 75, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016. She was born on March 29, 1941 to late Jesse James & Sarah Frances Grant Crawford and was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Roberts and brother, Jesse James Crawford, Jr. She worked in the medical field as a medical assistant for over thirty years.
Survivors include her sons & daughter-in-law, Danny Joe & Marnie Hitchcock of Villa Rica, GA, Jimmy Lawrence Hitchcock of Dallas, GA;
daughter & son-in-law, Paula & Randy Akins of Villa Rica, GA; sisters, Louise Kiker of Dallas, GA, Joyce Hitchcock of Villa Rica and Willeen Hayley of Villa Rica, GA; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one on the way, also numerous nephews & nieces.
To honor Ms. Hitchcock’s wishes, she is being cremated and a private service is being planned for a later date.
