Robert Eugene Florence, Jr., age 40, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Born on November 21, 1985, in Marietta, Georgia, Robert was the beloved son of Valerie Florence and Robert Eugene Florence, Sr. He will be remembered for his kind heart, adventurous spirit, and the joy he brought to those who knew and loved him.

Robert enjoyed spending time outdoors and had a passion for fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed gaming and cherished the friendships and memories he made through his hobbies. Professionally, he worked as a truck driver for several companies throughout his career and took pride in his work and the time he spent on the road.

Robert was of the Baptist faith. One of his greatest joys was attending church with his son, Tre, and sharing in the fellowship and faith that were important parts of his life.

Above all, Robert loved his family. He treasured the time he spent with his children and will be remembered for his devotion to those he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Florence; son, Tre Florence; daughter, Libby Florence; mother, Valerie Florence; father, Robert Eugene "Robbie" Florence, Sr.; sister, Dana (John) Walters; nieces, Isabella Walters, and Katelynn Walters; grandmother, Mary "Memaw" Waters; his beloved rescue dog, Milenna; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Robert's life touched many people, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
