Ricky Lance Fortner

Ricky Lance Fortner passed away on February 28, 2022. He was born on February 12, 1956 to the late Earl and Betty Fortner. Ricky was a United States Army Veteran who earned a National Defense Service Medal. He liked to build and make old things new again. Ricky will be remembered fondly for always making others laugh. He adored his wife, Marsha and his daughter, Keisha and he will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him; Addie and Benjamin Fortner. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Marsha Fortner, his daughter, Keisha Fortner, grandchildren, Noah Holloway, Izzy Holloway, and his best friend, Keith Short.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Services for Mr. Fortner will be on Friday, March 4, 2022 beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Thomas Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.
