Richard Lee Arndt, age 61, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Saturday, November 05, 2016. He was born on May 28, 1955 to the late Charles & Mary Lee Marbry Arndt in Ankara, Turkey. He worked at Lockheed Martin for thirty-seven years as a Quality Engineer. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his niece, Gabrielle Yglesias.
Survivors include his wife of twenty-six years, Dolores Yglesias Arndt of Douglasville, GA; daughters, Stephanie & husband Richard Chapin of Villa Rica, GA, Courtney Arndt of Douglasville, GA; brothers, Terry & Doris Ramsey of Robinson, IL, Bryan & Suzanne Arndt of Chicago, IL and Bruce & Marg Arndt of Chicago, IL; sister, Dee Dee & Mark Benefield of Cartersville, GA; nephews, Charlie Arndt and James Arndt.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 3 PM from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Don Rackley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 2-3 PM.
