Philip Gary Washington, III

Philip Gary Washington III, age 14, of Austell, GA, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018. He was born on August 25, 2004, in Atlanta, GA, and was currently a student.

Survivors include his parents, Philip Washington, JR of Austell, GA; mother, Amanda Washington of Severn, Maryland; sisters, Miajah Detoles of Savannah, GA; Jasmin Washington of Houston, TX, Jade Porter of New Orleans, and Jair Smith of Houston, TX; maternal grandparents, Runnel & Rudell Collie of Hampton, GA; fraternal grandparents, Philip & Paulette Washington, SR of Dallas, GA; and Martha Washington of Tallahassee, FL.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Brother Jonathan Washington, SR officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
