Peggy Maxwell

Peggy Diane Maxwell passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. She was born on May 20, 1947, the only daughter of the late Lola Dobbs Dempsey in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Peggy was a spunky lady with a big personality. She loved her family and taking care of other people. She thought of others above herself.

In addition to her parents, Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Charles Maxwell and a brother-in-law, Shelby Appleton.

She is survived by her daughter, Samantha (Eugene) Maxwell; two sisters-in-law, Mary Appleton, and Martha Jo (Bill) Awtrey; and a brother-in-law, John (Wendy) Maxwell.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
