Patsy Mayfield, age 81 of Dallas, GA. passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at her home. She was born July 7, 1939 to her late parents, Frank Roberts and Mildred Roach. Mrs. Mayfield was a home maker and loved caring for her family. She enjoyed shopping at her favorite stores, Talbots and Macy’s. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mayfield is preceded in death by her loving husband, Morris Mayfield; grandson, Chris Green; sisters, Rebecca Kinnebrew and Sandra Roberts. Patsy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Mayfield is survived by her daughter; Pamela Evans of Douglasville, GA., sons; Samuel (Cheryl) Elliott of Port St. Lucie, FL; and Joseph Elliott of Dallas, GA.; sisters, Maxine (Clinton) Smith, Phyllis Webb, Nita (Tony) Thomas; brothers, Frank (Vivian) Roberts Jr. and Clemon Roberts; 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mayfield will be held Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Bryant officiating with Pastor Johnny McBurrows leading a prayer.  Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 1:00 until 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.

If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn, and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mrs. Mayfield safe.  The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time).
