Nick La Ronde

Nick Brendan Jaime LaRonde was a cherished son, brother, father, friend and confidant. Nick was born on May 5, 1977 to Merle Mary Nichols and the late Gerald La Ronde in Cascade, Trinidad & Tobago. Nick lived his childhood, teenage and adult years in Trincity, Trinidad. He attended St Pius Boys RC and El Dorado West Secondary School. Post graduation he embarked on a Hotel Hospitality Bellhop roll at Cascadia Hotel and retired as a Supervisor Night auditor. Nick migrated to Dallas, Georgia (U.S.A) in 2018. His natural ability to connect with people led him to a Hotel Hospitality Front desk roll at Sleep Inn Suites, Hiram, Georgia (U.S.A).

Nick left an indelible mark on all who met him. His life was characterized by his profound love, kindness, and support for those around him. He enjoyed making meaningful memories but, often spoke fondly of past adventures with neighbors and friends in Trincity, classmates in St. Pius and El Do, co-workers in Cascadia Hotel and Sleep Inn Suites. Nick believed in making and maintaining the connections he formed with people. He had many talents but, held a profound passion for drawing/art, playing billiards and football.

On December 8, 2025, at the age of 48 Nick departed this world suddenly but, peacefully. He leaves to mourn his mother; Merle Mary Nichols, father Ewing L. Davis, his sisters; Jeanielle LaRonde Chan Tack, Naydia James, and Neyoka James, his brothers; Brent James, Desmond Auguste, Junior Spencer, Chard Chan Tack, his girlfriend; Anika St. John, his children; Jada, Hadassah and Giovanni LaRonde, and bonus children; Nickole Simmons, Giselle and Gabriel Sancho, nieces, nephews, the Nichols, La Ronde, Chan Tack, Brown, Rochford, Sanderson, Stanisclaus, Toyloy, St. John, Auguste, Patrick, Cowie, Wharwood, Boyce, Patel families and a host of other relatives, neighbors and friends.

Nick's presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him. May He Rest In Peace.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Ga, on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 5:00 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held to celebrate Nick's life at St. Vincent De Paul on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 11:00 am with Rev. Adrian Pleus officiating.
