Myrtle Carter
April 29, 1926 — August 19, 2017
Myrtle Carter, age 91 of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice in Austell, GA. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and retired from Paulding Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service. Ms. Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents; Eli and Mary Gulledge; husband, Clarence “Buck” Carter; son, Kelly Carter; brothers, Dean and Carl Gulledge and sister, Nora Butler.
Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Carter of Dallas, GA; daughter-in-law, Teresa Carter of Dallas, GA; grandson, Chris and Anna Carter of Dallas, GA; great grandchildren, Cortland and Cameron Carter of Dallas, GA and nephew, Cecil Butler of Dallas, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Shad Smith officiating. Interment to follow in Dallas Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday evening, August 21, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
