Matthew John Yandow, age 25, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. He was born on June 4, 1995 in Atlanta, GA, to his parents; David Yandow and Kris Tatum. Matthew worked as a door builder for BMC and had served in the United States Army. He had also attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Powder Springs, GA. Matthew was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Yandow is survived by his loving mother, Kris Tatum and her husband, David of Dallas, GA, father, David Yandow and his wife, Rebecca of Orem, Utah, brothers and sisters; Anthony (Alyssa) Yandow of Cedartown, GA, Brad (Kelly) Yandow of Pickerington, OH, Shane (Stephanie) Yandow of Dallas, GA, Kelly (Taylor) Giddens of Acworth, GA, Sam (Megan) Yandow of Dallas, GA, Catherine (Dane) Boyd of Powder Springs, GA, Nathan (JoAnna) Yandow of Acworth, GA, Kayla Tatum of Dallas, GA, Kevin Tatum of Dallas, GA, grandparents; Beverly Kelly of Taylorsville, GA, David Yandow Jr. of Utah, nieces and nephews; Summer, Anthony, Adam, Jacob, Logann, Lucy, Eliza, Annie , Trenton, James, Owen, Ella, Addie, Maverick, Tommy, Michael, Liam, Natalie, Lydia, and spencer.

Funeral Services for Mr. Matthew Yandow will be held on Friday, July 3, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Branch President, Anthony Yandow officiating at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Dallas, GA. Interment will follow the service at Perryman Cemetery in Buchanan, GA, with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Anthony Yandow, Brad Yandow, Shane Yandow, Taylor Giddens, Sam Yandow, Dany Boyd and Nathan Yandow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service or visitation in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time) If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading any possible illnesses and to help keep our visitors, friends and the family members of Mr. Yandow safe.
