Mary Louise (Irelan) Taylor

Mary Louise Taylor passed away on March 27, 2022. She was born on April 30, 1946 to the late Ernest and Beatrice Irelan. Mary was a fabulous mother who was kind, smart, and funny. She married her sweetheart, John, in 1967 and shared 55 years together. Mary adored her family and loved spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was and will continue to be very loved and missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandchildren, Mallory Shrieves and Sam Taylor. She is survived by her loving husband, John F. Taylor; her daughters, Tanya (Tommy) Barber and Lisa Taylor; sons, John (Joyce) Taylor II and Tony (Shelly) Taylor; brother, Billy (Lisa) Irelan; sisters, Virginia Elrod, Jean Delph; grandchildren, Melissa Watkins, Eric Acker, Brandon Parks, John Taylor III, Richy Taylor, Nicky Taylor, Cane Taylor, Lauren Cranford, Matthew Droege, Stormy Taylor, Josam Taylor, Aidan Barber; great-grandchildren, Quinton Dean, Noah Dean, Emma Owemby, Chandler Owemby, Mackenzie Taylor, Mallory Acker, Isaiah Acker, Xavier Taylor, Chloe Taylor, John Taylor IV, Marzia Taylor, Luna Taylor, and Benji Bradley.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Funeral Services for Mrs. Taylor will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 4:00pm with Pastor Wayne Strickland officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation .
