Marshall T. Henderson, age 89, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Thursday,December 18, 2008. A native of Paulding County, he was born, April
16, 1919, and was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Martin Henderson & Pearl Westbrook Henderson; wife, Sarah Elizabeth Dailey Henderson; and granddaughter, Lauren Sarah Hester. Mr. Henderson was a veteran of the U. S. Army and retired from Lockheed-Martin. He was a life-long member of the First Baptist Church of Dallas.
Survivors include his son & daughter-in-law, Marshall Thomas Henderson, Jr. & wife, Renee of Plainview, NY; daughter, Lynn Henderson Hester of Hiram, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Gloria Henderson Hedges & William of Henderson, KY; sister-in-law, Mrs.
J. Henry Henderson of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Arden March Ward, Marshall T. Henderson, III, and Barrett C. Hester; great-grandchildren, Daisy Eliza Hester and Charles Robert Hester; many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2008, at 2:00pm, in Dallas Memory Gardens, with Dr. Gregg Potts officiating. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 3,, 2009, at 11:00am, from the First Baptist Church of Dallas.
