Mae Morris
March 20, 1926 — March 6, 2009
Mae Belle Morris, age 82, of Buchanan, passed away on March 6, 2009. She was born on March 20, 1926, in Dawsonville, GA, to the late Alonzo & Lucy Sheffield. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her husband, John Sorrells.
Survivors include, son, Billy Sorrells of Burrton, KS; daughters and son-in-law, Linda Kirkland of Buchanan, and Dianne & Ferrell Henry of Bremen; 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 9, 2009, at 2 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Rodney Wilburn officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
