Lucille Cook

Dorothy Lucille Cook, 87, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away July 11, 2023.

She was born on July 26, 1935 in Dallas, Georgia to Ross and Ruby Hall.

Lucille was was an avid gardener, she loved growing everything from vegetables, fruit and flowers, she even taught others how to garden. She would can the food she grew and enjoyed cooking very much. Lucille also loved all animals.

Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cook; her parents, John Ross and Ruby Lois Hall and her daughters, Angela Dianne Segars and Dorothy Yvonne Young.

Lucille is lovingly survived by her three daughters, Peggy Doby Pace (James), Gail Maddox (Donnie), and Pam Rickels (Bobby) as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Lucille's family will receive friends on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Clark Funeral Homes. A service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 12:00pm in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Lucille will be laid to rest at New Hope Cemetery in Dallas, Georgia.
