Linda Crider

Ms. Linda Crider, age 78, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Linda was born on July 25, 1947, to the late Leroy and Pearl Crider in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Linda is survived by her sister-in-law, Elaine Crider; brother-in-law, Jerry Cole, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Cole, and her brothers, Tommy Crider, Russell Crider, and Roy Crider.

Linda loved music, especially The Beach Boys. She spent most of her time thumbing through magazines and watching her favorite game shows. She loved going out to eat, and getting dressed up with all her jewelry, especially her watch. 

Linda was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Her Church family meant the world to her, and she loved singing in the church choir. She also loved spending time with her friends at the Douglas County Resource Alliance and The Magnolia House in Douglas County.

Linda's family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Powder Springs, Georgia, at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm at the Church with Rev. Lee Lawrence officiating. Linda will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery following the service, with Rev. Josh Smith officiating the graveside service.

In lieu of customary remembrances, you may make contributions to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Linda's name.
