Dr. Kenneth N. Wilson, D.D.S.

Dr. Kenneth N. Wilson, D.D.S., age 89, formerly of Grand Blanc, Michigan, and Bradenton, Florida, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2025, in Dallas, Georgia. 

Ken is survived by his cherished wife of more than 68 years, Sharon (Tibbits) Wilson of Dallas, GA, two daughters, Lisa (Rick) Brabbs of Kennesaw, GA, Laura (Rich) Ruhala of Powder Springs, GA, three grandchildren Kylie Brabbs of Duluth, GA, Logan Brabbs of Knoxville, TN, and Makenna Brabbs of Duluth, GA, and great-granddaughter, Eira Brabbs of McHenry, IL, his brother Grant (Jan) Wilson of Marlette, MI, and several nieces and nephews.

Ken was a dentist in Flint, Michigan, for 34 years before retiring to Bradenton, Florida, where he and his wife, Sharon, spent a wonderful 22 years. They moved to Hiram, Georgia, in 2019 to be closer to their daughters, who both reside in the Metro Atlanta area. Ken was known for his keen sense of humor and great storytelling. As a dentist, patients came to him for his kind chairside manner and skilled hands. In his free time, Ken loved spending time with his family, playing golf, boating, attending the theater, and traveling with his beloved wife to all 50 states and around the world.

Ken was born on November 1, 1935, in Fornfelt, Missouri, the son of the late Gordon and Ruth (Dambach) Wilson. He graduated from Flint Central High School, the University of Michigan-Flint, and the University of Detroit Dental School. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps during the Vietnam War. Ken was a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Flint, a PTO president at his daughter's school, a member of several hunting clubs and tennis leagues, and a longtime member of the Michigan Dental Association. 

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Marilyn, and his brother-in-law Bill Witucki; his in-laws, Gordon and Myrtle Tibbits; and his nephew, Randy Wilson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation. A private memorial service has been held.
