Kendrix Cole

Kendrix Cole, age 69, died Thursday, September 24, 2026. Born on July 28, 1957, Kendrix had a spirit that was as vibrant as the color purple he loved and a heart that was big enough to hold his passion for coffee, Alabama Football, and the great outdoors.

Kendrix is survived by his son, Josh and wife Taylor Cole, and his two daughters, Kendra and her husband Charlie Wilbanks and Mandy and her husband Terry Hawkins. He also leaves behind a sister Pamela, grandchildren: McKinley, Hadley, Rowan, Raegan, Wyatt, Weston, Stetson, Dawson, Kylie, Dakota, and Aleigha and her husband Brody, great-grandchild Rayne, nephew, Brandon, his brother-in-law David Carlucci and companion Caroline Rowe. He was preceded in death by his parents Harl and Vesta Cole, as well as his sister Valerie Cole.

Kendrix had an unwavering sense of patriotism, which shone brightly in his everyday life. He was a man who loved sharing stories of his adventures in the great outdoors and cheering for his favorite football team the Alabama Crimson Tide.
