Johnny Dewain (Hunt) Hunt

Johnny D. Hunt passed away on September 3, 2022. He was born on April 11, 1963 to the late Talmadge Hunt and Virginia "Nicky" Gullett. Johnny was always the one to keep everyone smiling. He knew just the words to say to turn anyone's day around. He loved to joke, make wise comments, and to see a smile. Johnny's greatest passion was his work. He owned his own business, Johnny Hunt Electric and he loved what he did. He also was a huge Georgia Tech fan and loved every team whether it was the Braves, Bulldogs, or the Yellow Jackets. Most importantly, Johnny loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a faithful man who had a heart of gold. Johnny was very loved and he will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Johnny is preceded in death by his loving wife, Faye Hunt and his brother and sister-in-law, Troy Hunt and his wife Lori Hunt. He is survived by his sons, Corey Bohanan and his fiance, Tonya Robinson, Clark Hunt, and Johnny Hunt Jr.; brothers, Danny Hunt, Ken (Denice) Hunt; sister, Rita (Johnny) Leach; grandchildren, Patience Sierra Bohanan, Noble Blake Bohanan, Dylan Hunt, Celes Mash, Alexander Mash, Johnny Mash, Serenity Bailey, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards Mr. Hunt's funeral services.
