Joel "Joe" Lee Daily, 77, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026. He was born on December 20, 1948, in Huntsville, AL, to the late Alfred and Verna Brigham Daily.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 9:00-11:00 AM. A funeral service for Joe will follow at Clark Funeral Home the same day at 11:00 AM, with Amy Chaplin officiating. The service will be livestreamed below. Interment will take place at Georgia National Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
