Jimmy Miller

Jimmy Dale Miller passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024. He was born on October 14, 1948, son of the late Charles Miller and Augusta Brisendine in Fort Payne, Alabama.

Jimmy served his country during the Vietnam War, in the United States Navy from 1967 until 1971. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Jimmy was an outdoorsman, that loved to hunt and fish. He also loved NASCAR.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by wife, Rebecca Shipp Miller; and a sister, Phyllis George.

He is survived by a daughter, Amanda (Chuck) Kendrick Miller; two sons, Travis Miller, and Jason (Tiffany) Miller; a sister, Peggy Little; ten grandchildren, Becca (Tyler) Feagan, Madeline (Blake) Brown, Jesse Miller, William Miller, Dalton Kendrick, Shelby Kendrick, Tristan Miller, Haris Miller, Myles Miller, and Daisey Miller; and three great-grandchildren, Mackinley Feagan, Maverick Feagan, and Ryker Brown.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Funeral Service for Jimmy will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Mike Powers officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Park Cemetery in Marietta, Georgia.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Chuck Kendrick, Tyler Feagan, Blake Brown, Jesse Miller, William Miller, Tristan Miller, Haris Miller and Brad Gallimore.
