Jerry Wayne Womack, age 68, of Marietta, GA, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 12, 1951 in Dallas, GA, to his late parents; JL and Evelyn Womack. Jerry was in the United States Navy and bravely served in the Vietnam War. He also worked as an electrician for General Motors for over 20 years. Mr. Womack was a faithful member of North Metro Church. Jerry was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all of his wonderful family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jimmy Womack and Billy Womack from Dallas

Survivors include his beloved wife, Debbie Womack of Marietta, GA, sons; Jeremy M. Womack and his wife, Cristy of Marietta, GA, Joshua L. Womack of Marietta, GA, Daughters; Jennifer J. Womack of Marietta, GA, Alicia L. Flowers and her husband, Jeremy of Acworth, GA, brother, Oscar Womack of FL, sister, Joyce Groves of Dallas, GA, grandchildren; Shane Womack, Brianna Womack, Jayda Slinker, Ethan Womack, Juliette Flowers, Margot Flowers, and Phoenix Flowers.

A Graveside service for Mr. Jerry Wayne Womack will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 3:00PM at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Daniel Hicks officiating. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 restrictions.
