Jeanette Atcheson Clay, age 77, of Lithia Springs, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2006. She was born on May 29, 1929 in Dallas, GA. She was a member of Mableton First Baptist Church in Mableton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Clay and her son James Clay.
Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Diane & Mike Bunnell of Apopka, FL & Regenia Phillips of Lithia Springs; sister and brothers-in-law, Dot & Hal Ruff of Dallas and Vivian & Darrell Twilley of Dallas.; brothers and sisters-in-law; Felton & Evelyn Atcheson of Whitesburg, Ga, John & Liz Atcheson of Marietta, Bill & Judy Atcheson of Dallas; grandchildren; Michael Phillips, Dionne Marks, Chris Eagle, Clay Eagle; 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Rev. David B York officiating. The interment will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Dallas. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements. www.samclarkfuneralhome.com.
