Jean Mayfield

Jean Berry Mayfield, age 76, of Dallas, passed away on November 14, 2009. She was born on July 18, 1933, in Atlanta, GA, and was preceded in death by her parents, William E. & Olga Fulton Berry, husband, James L. Carmichael, and the late John Henry Mayfield.
Survivors include, daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy & Ed Mashburn of Duluth, and Keila & Bo Spurling of Dallas; sisters and brother-in-law, Kathyrn Wilson of Hudson, FL, and Ruth & Charlie Bell of Appling, GA; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009, at 12 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Mike Stephens officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 16, 2009, from 10 a.m. until the service time.
