Jameel Johnson

Jameel Kenneth Johnson, age 22, passed away on April 17, 2025. Born on February 13, 2003, in Dayton, Ohio, Jameel spent his formative years in Dallas, Georgia, where he was a beloved son, brother, and friend.

Jameel was a bright spirit who graduated from East Paulding High School, and had aspirations of becoming an architect. His creativity and passion for design were matched only by his love for video games, a hobby he shared joyfully with his friends. Known for his vibrant personality, Jameel had an innate ability to make those around him laugh, often taking on the role of the jokester, whose playful antics left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Jameel is preceded in death by his brother, Ethan Johnson.

He is survived by his loving mother, Tracey Martin; father, Dwayne Johnson; brothers, Eric Breaux; and sisters, Shayna Byrd, Alyse Johnson, and Kamile DePriest. Together, they mourn the loss of a cherished family member whose spirit brought so much joy to their lives.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held in the Sam Clark Chapel of Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
