Hazel Cook Swann

Hazel Cook Swann, age 94, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.She was born on March 5, 1924, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Bob & Jewell Cook, and was preceded in death by husband, Moody Swann. Mrs. Swann was a member of Church of Christ in Cartersville, GA.

Survivors include sons, Robert Swann of Dothan, AL, and Timothy Swann of Douglasville, GA; daughters, Gay & Tommy Prewett of Acworth, GA, and Patricia & George Sims of Dallas, GA; seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, at 2 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Minister Stan Wenck officiating. Interment will follow in Rosehaven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 18, 2019, from 11 AM until 2 PM.
