Gregory Lott

Gregory "Greg" Neil Lott, 54, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on May 28, 2025. Born on August 18, 1970, in Tampa, Florida, Greg was the beloved son of the late Waymond and Alice Lott. He brought joy and laughter wherever he went and lived a life full of cherished memories and unwavering love.

Greg spent his career as a truck driver, most recently with Big G Express. Though he logged countless hours on the road, his heart was always with his family, and he never failed to find his way back home. Known for his warm heart and quick wit, Greg had a gift for making people smile. He considered himself a comedian and was always ready with a joke or a funny story. A proud and passionate Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, he filled his home with team spirit and infectious enthusiasm.

In addition to his parents, Greg was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Lott, and sister-in-law, Jaime Lacore.

He is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 34 years, Melisa Lott; his son, Gregory Neil Lott Jr.; his daughter, Savannah Lott Adkins; and his grandchildren, Sean Adkins and Sebastian Lott. He also leaves behind his brother, Troy Lott; mother-in-law, Carol Meszaro; nephews, Micah Lacore and Christopher Lott Jr.; niece, Cheyanna Lacore; brother-in-law, Ryan Lacore, and many extended family members and friends, all of whom will carry forward his memory and kindness.

At this time, no services are planned. Future announcements will be made when arrangements are finalized.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help cover final expenses for Greg's services.

As we remember Gregory Neil Lott, may we each carry a piece of his spirit with us-his generosity, his laughter, and the love he gave so freely. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on in our hearts. Rest in peace, Greg. You will be deeply missed and forever celebrated.
