Glenn Morris Palmer, age 69, of Bland, VA, passed away Monday, November 16, 2009. He was the son of the late, Harry T. & Gertrude
Robinson Palmer. He was a retired U. S. Army Veteran. Mr. Palmer was preceded in death by his wife, Jerri Cantrell Palmer.
Survivors include his daughter & son-in-law, Toni & Jimmy Dean of Atlanta, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Thomas Alan & Elizabeth “Libby” Palmer of Chattanooga, TN; sister & brother-in-law, Judith Gail & Robert L. Miller of Enterprise, AL; brother & sister-in-law, Gordon A. & Rita Palmer of Bland, VA; grandchildren, Samuel, Grayson, Anthony, Angel, and Andre; and several great-grandchildren also survive.
A graveside service will be Saturday, November 21, 2009, at 3:00 PM, from Crossroads Cemetery in Dallas, GA, with Dr. Curtis Turner. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:30 PM.
